My background spans psychology, practical management, and social research. Over the past two decades, I’ve worked alongside front-line teams, regional organizations, and public sector groups to understand why culture fractures, how rhetoric shapes decisions, and where quiet friction slows down real-world progress.
My StoryThe journey has been anything but ordinary.
My ‘DISC’ profile refers to me as a “Relater”, optimistic and welcoming, brings people together. My Myers Briggs profile refers to me as an “INTP” and my BFA profile describes me as high sovereignty and integrity. What that all means is that, in a market of difficult, or even toxic, social environments, my unbending sense of right and wrong got me ‘voted off the island’ a lot. I don’t do politics.
It also meant a lot of growth and opportunities for my strong observational qualities. What I can tell you is this:
There is no substitute for a “boots on the ground” reconnaissance.
I am bringing 40 years of it, and I bring it to where you are at, instead of applying some “Ivory Tower Overlook”. The insights can’t be measured in Ivory Tower terms.
For clients, those insights translate into savings, stress-relief, and certainty where others remain unsure, anxious, and struggling to find where the money is going.
