The Castlegar Study (2019)
Inductive community research demonstrating measurable links between public narrative and economic productivity. Revealed how toxic dialogue in a rural community directly suppressed labour mobility and business performance.
SPARC Community Action Grant (2020)
In 2020 I obtained a SPARC grant to investigate initiatives to mitigate homelessness. I successfully completed the study, outlining key ways that small rural cities could not only mitigate homelessness, but also take control of their local housing market while reducing poverty.
Return to Work Framework (2021)
A trauma-informed reintegration program developed for WorkBC population. Outperforms standard models in adaptability across workforce populations — designed to transfer across industries and contexts.
Kootenay Mall (2022)
Kootenaymall.ca was a response to a critical issue: Monopolization of global corporations. Small businesses could not compete alone, and so, armed with data and a belief that I could learn to write html, I built what is now the cutting edge regional marketing ecosystem and marketing infrastructure for small businesses.
